What is nordic walking?
Nordic walking is a new healthy and easy sport, practiced outdoors alone or with others. It brings together the benefits of sport , pure fun and relax. It is perhaps best described as cross-country skiing without the skis (or the snow!). Just like walking, it is an activity that is suitable for all.
