Check in and Check out
Rooms are available from 3pm on arrival day
Rooms must be vacated by 10am on departure day
It is possible to leave luggage in the hotel until the rooms are ready on arrival day. It is also possible to leave luggage after 10 am on departure day if you are leaving later.

Cancellation
Any cancelled bookings will lose their deposits (Italian law No. 1385CC) The reservation is subject to a deposit For short stay, less than three nights, the deposit will be the the amount of the first night of stay For reservation for 4 or more nights the deposit is of 30% (max 200€) Cancellation received until 10 days before arrival allow to re-use the deposit for a future stay (6 months after arrival) No refound for late cancellation (from 9 days before arrival) Special cancellation policy must be agreed with hotel.
