For our and your health we inform you that all members of staff and family have a green pass!

1. Do I need a green pass to stay at the hotel?

For greater protection of everyone’s health, a basic green pass (or negative swab) will be required to stay at the Genzianella. Super green pass is not required for those staying at the hotel. Children under 12 are exempt from the COVID-19 green pass.

2. Do I need to book a ski pass?

No, it is not necessary to book a ski pass because numbers are not limited. Ski passes can be purchased at reception, with no waiting time. To access the lifts you will need a basic Green Pass (vaccinated, healed or tested) from 12 years of age. In the orange zone you will need the “super” Green Pass. In the red zone the ski lifts will be closed for everyone. In addition, you will need to wear a surgical mask or lifts with closed vehicles, capacity will be reduced to 80%.

3. Is it possible to check in online?

Yes, it is possible to check in online before your arrival. You will receive a message a few days in advance. Each member of staff will have their temperature taken on a daily basis and to ensure maximum security, during check-in we will also ask you to take your temperature with a thermoscanner located in reception. In order to be able to carry out an effective strategy we would need your help. In the event of any symptoms, even mild ones, please notify the reception desk by phone and they will take the necessary measures. As far as routine is concerned, we are all aware of the importance of frequent hand washing and wearing masks.

4. How will meals be managed?

Meals will be served regularly at tables. A hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance to the rooms. If necessary, dinner and breakfast will be held in two rounds to maximize social distancing. At dinner there will be one menu per table to avoid multiple people touching it. Only those with a green pass will be allowed into the restaurant.

5. Are the spas open?

QC Terme Bagni Nuovi, QC Terme Bagni Vecchi, Bormio Terme are regularly open, with the only exception of the steam baths. In the white and yellow zones, the “basic” Green Pass, the one obtained with a negative antigenic or molecular swab, will still be sufficient to access the spa. In the orange zone, an enhanced Green Pass will be required. In the red zone, indoor facilities will be closed.

6. Can we use the wellness centre?

The hotel’s wellness centre with indoor and outdoor sauna, relaxation area and Kneipp bath is available by prior arrangement and with limited numbers.

7. Do you accept the holidays bonus?

Yes it is possible to use the holidays bonus. Please indicate this when you make your booking and send us your details to check its validity.

8. Is sporting activity allowed?

All types of outdoor sporting activities are permitted, including team and contact sports. Outdoor sports and physical activity is permitted, as long as the social distancing rules are respected (at least two meters for sporting activity and one meter for physical activity).
