Every morning at Hotel Genzianella begins with the smell of freshly baked bread and the authentic warmth of the mountains. Our breakfast is a special moment, designed to pamper our guests with a curated selection of local products and fresh, international offerings. You'll find mountain pasture cheeses, farmer's butter, homemade jams, honey honeycomb and freshly baked cakes. But that's not all: for international brunch lovers we also offer smoked salmon, fresh avocado, freshly prepared eggs, lots of fruit and freshly squeezed juices. You too start your day with energy and wellness thanks to healthy and balanced recipes: protein, whole grain carbohydrates, good fats, fiber and vitamins. A nutritious breakfast that supports metabolism, concentration and vitality.

Wilma, the boss, can’t start the day except with an XXL cappuccino, toasted rye, farmer’s butter, four tablespoons of strawberry jam.

Federica loves savory! Black bread, omelet and scimudin… She would be ready to climb the Stelvio but instead you will find her in reception.

Marta is the most balanced. Yogurt, fresh fruit, and oats. But even she happily indulges in a segalino with fresh chive cheese and speck from time to time!

To spend the day skiing or riding Nicola is the one who needs the most energy. His breakfast is the richest and changes daily! But a freshly squeezed juice is never missing.
