Hotel da... Coppa del Mondo!!

Siamo stati recentemente all'hotel la genzianella di Bormio per assistere alle gare di Coppa del Mondo di dicembre. Hotel di charme accompagnato dal calore e dall'accoglienza dei proprietari. La nostra camera era una tripla al primo piano dal tipico arredamento in legno stile alpino ma moderno esattamente come piace a noi decisamente ampia come metratura e luminosa. Pulizia e ordine ovunque, vicino alle piste e agli impianti, piacevole passeggiata per raggiungere il centro. Ottime cene con specialità valtellinesi, piatti mai scontati anche ottima scelta per i vegetariani cone noi! Personale sempre disponibile ed affabile, complimenti davvero! a presto. Perfect for cycling holidays

Excellent, just like the previous years. Delicious food, fast and good service. Safe storage for the bike, even tools are at the disposal. Possibility to wash your clothes after a dirty ride. The perfect hotel for a cycling holiday in the Stelvio region.

Another wonderful visit

This time visiting with my family who loved the place as much as I do. I am sure we will visit again. Top service, nice rooms, excellent food and then Bormio and surrounding areas are amontanara the prettiest places to visit.

It just feels like home!!

We have been very lucky to come & stay at this small family run hotel.
Four years in a row!!
All the staff are so friendly & nothing is to much trouble.
If they can then they will...
This is where we head to after a very long flight from Australia.
2 weeks of R & R.. 
The hotel is spotless & it has a very homely feel to it.
We stay on the top floor with views of the mountains.
The rooms are very comfortable & you sleep well.
Bathrooms are well equipped.
Go the half board when you book which includes breakfast & dinner.
The bicycle room is safe & secure.
The breakfast has plenty of choices & you will have enough food to start your day.
Dinner at night there is a salad bar to start, 
The food is good old italian home style cooking.
At least 4 courses.
You will not leave hungry!!! 
This family run hotel & runs like clockwork.
You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
We will definitely be back next year.

Extraordinary

Stayed here with a group of friends as a base for cycling in the area. Rooms are immaculate. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the extremely pleasant staff. Excellent food in the restaurant and a huge selection at the buffet breakfast. If you visit Bormio you MUST stay here. Highly recommended.
